Crystal Healing Foundation is my twelve-session live one-to-one course for students who want to move beyond the basics and develop a deeper, more structured understanding of crystal healing.
Together, we’ll explore the foundations of crystal healing in greater depth, helping you understand not only different ways of working with crystals, but the reasoning behind what you’re doing.
You’ll have space to ask questions, explore ideas, practise what you’re learning and gradually develop greater confidence in your own judgement and intuition.
You don’t need to be considering professional Practitioner training to join.
This course is for you if you simply want to understand crystal healing properly and feel much more confident putting that knowledge into practice for yourself.
When You’re Ready to Go Deeper
There comes a point when knowing individual crystal meanings isn’t enough.
You want to understand more about crystal healing as a practice. You want to know why you might choose one approach rather than another, how different ideas fit together and how to work with crystals with more confidence instead of continually checking what somebody else says you should do.
That’s where Crystal Healing Foundation sits.
Over twelve private sessions, we have time to explore crystal healing in much greater depth than an introductory course while still keeping the experience relaxed, personal and completely centred around your own learning.
You’ll build stronger foundations, but you’ll also begin developing the confidence to make informed choices for yourself.
What You'll Learn
Throughout Crystal Healing Foundation, we’ll explore crystal healing from several different angles, helping you build both knowledge and practical experience.You’ll learn about:
Choosing, cleansing and connecting with crystals, and understanding why you may choose particular crystals or methods
Grounding, energetic protection and balance, and ways crystals can be incorporated into your personal practice
Chakras and crystals, including how crystals may be used alongside chakra work
Emotional wellbeing and crystal support, exploring different ways crystals can be incorporated into moments of rest, reflection and personal wellbeing
Safe and responsible crystal use, including understanding where additional care may be needed
Working with crystals around animals, plants and your environment
Intention and manifestation practices, and ways crystals can be incorporated meaningfully
Developing your intuition and personal judgement alongside your growing crystal knowledge
Who Is Crystal Healing Foundation For?
This course may be right for you if:
You already know you want more than a simple introduction to crystals
You’ve explored crystals before but still feel there are gaps in your understanding
You want a structured crystal healing education without training professionally as a Practitioner
You want to build greater confidence choosing and working with crystals for yourself
You already practise Reiki, energy work or another complementary modality and would like a deeper understanding of crystals
You enjoy learning through live conversation and personal guidance rather than working through prerecorded material alone
You want to combine solid knowledge with intuition and develop your own judgement as you learn
Complete beginners are still welcome. If you know you want a more substantial course from the outset, you don’t need to complete Journey Into Crystals first.

Want to Continue to Practitioner Level Later?
Crystal Healing Foundation is designed as a complete course in its own right. You can finish your twelve sessions with a much deeper understanding of crystal healing and simply continue developing your own personal practice.
If, however, your interests change and you decide you would like to train professionally, you can continue your learning with the Crystal Healing Practitioner course.
Practitioner training takes you into professional client work, case studies, assessment and six months of private one-to-one training and mentoring.
There is no expectation that you continue. The next step is entirely yours.
Meet Your Teacher
I’m Jade Rowan, founder of Spirit Crystal Academy and the person who’ll be teaching you throughout Crystal Healing Foundation.
I completed a two-year Advanced Diploma in The Art of Crystal Healing with The British Academy of Crystal Healing in 2013 and have since built more than a decade of professional experience working with crystals, clients and students. I’m also a Reiki Master Teacher and have taught students internationally from complete beginner through to Practitioner level.
My teaching combines knowledge, intuition and practical experience.
I’ll teach you the foundations and explain the reasoning behind what we’re doing, but I’ll also encourage you to question, explore and gradually develop your own judgement.
My aim isn’t for you to memorise my way of working. It’s for you to understand enough to become confident in your own.

What One-to-One Learning Gives You
One of the biggest advantages of learning privately is that the course doesn’t have to feel like a lecture.
If something interests you, we can explore it further. If you’re unsure about something, we can revisit it. And if a question comes up that wasn’t part of the lesson plan, there is space for that too.
You never need to worry about slowing a group down or asking something you think you “should already know”.
Your sessions are there for you to understand what you’re learning, not simply get through the material.

Once you enrol, I’ll contact you personally to welcome you to Spirit Crystal Academy and arrange your first one-to-one session.
You’ll receive access to your course portal and materials, along with everything you need before we begin.
From there, we’ll work through your twelve sessions together, with time for questions, practical exploration and individual guidance throughout.
You won’t be handed a course and left to work it out alone. We’ll learn together.
